how the personal data you freely provided by filling in the form at the time of registration, may be processed

3 - Purpose and legal basis of the processing - legitimate interests of the owner
- (a) purposes strictly connected and instrumental, including administrative and accounting, to provide you with the account, access to it and the services requested ;
- (b) development of our products / services by applying advanced analysis techniques (so-called business analytics) to your data, also making use of profiling logics on certain occasions ;
- (c) purposes of internal reporting for the purpose of business management and improvement of performance and products / services, on the legal basis of the legitimate interest of the Owner.
4 - Mandatory or optional nature of the provision of data and consequences deriving from any refusal
The provision of your personal data is optional.
However, with reference to the provision of data necessary in order to fulfill the legal, pre-contractual and contractual
obligations indicated above, the lack of such information determines the impossibility of proceeding with the regular
execution of the service.
5 - Recipients of personal data
Employees and collaborators become aware of your data, as data processors, the Data Controller and other third parties
responsible for the processing or independent data controllers (assistance / services, consultancy, data processing and
other IT services companies) . The data may also be shared with other third parties where necessarily required by legal
obligation and / or following a binding judicial or administrative decision.
6 - Transfer of data abroad outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
We store personal data on servers located within the EEA therefore using the same standard for the regulation of the
protection of personal data.
7 - Data retention period
Your personal data is stored until your request for deactivation. In the event of inactivity of your account for at least
three years, it will be canceled for the purposes referred to in point 3 letters a), b) and c) above;
Your rights
- a) As an interested party, all the rights of access to personal data provided for by Article 15 of EU Reg. 679/2016
are held against the Data Controller, and therefore you can, among other things, obtain confirmation that a treatment
that It concerns you. It will be your right to request, in accordance with the law, the rectification or cancellation
of data or the limitation, in view of the protection of your rights, of the processing that concerns you, and to oppose
the treatment itself without prejudice to the consequences illustrated in the previous point 4. You are also recognized
the right to obtain the electronic release, to you or to another person indicated by you, of the personal data you have
provided to us.
